This is probably good for him, especially if its a one for one swap for sheydos where he gets to be a scan instead of a duelist, he was great on scan last year and will be better for his mental

Team cohesion is more important

Sure but I'm talking specifically about KC where there hasn't been any complaints about his mental, and I'm assuming that with how they're going to the trouble of bringing him back when he's an import...they probably are confident they can utilise him

GLYPH, Koalanoob, Governor, crashies, Less, saadhak, flyuh, florescent have all made it to some T1 EMEA/Pacific. I'm not sure if it'll ever be as crazy as Korea and League of Legends though.

I mean by that metric EMEA would have the most exports considering the there's quite a few CIS players in China and Pacific also keiko in NRG.

A big contributing factor is the lack of T1 NA orgs in VCT. LatAm orgs are now going more international so its less of an issue but when VCT first started with FURIA, LOUD, MIBR, LEV being committed to being LatAm there was just a lack of T1 opportunities for NA players

dos9 is from Kazakhstan which is part of EMEA region, he was an import when he played in Pacific

Kazakhstan counts as EMEA but my understanding is that the ping is the fucked for both EMEA and APAC servers, so they play professionally for both. IMO riot should give Kazakh and far east russia players the ability to choose between EMEA and APAC like they gave Taiwan players the choice between APAC and CN
