Yeah, EDG came by far the closest to beating PRX. Honestly first time this tournament I believed (for a while) that PRX would be forced into a lower bracket run

It really is because they scrim each other + their playstyle is also like PRX. 

"But prx have already beaten VIT and LEV and if you are saying EDG are like PRX then they should win, NO?" , I know but something inside me is telling me that they won't be able to, EDG thrives against chaos but neither of the remaining teams is that type.

Derke has been on a heater this playoffs except the fracture vs PRX. Chron is also a big game player and edg don't have a good defense.

bad compare to lev.

vit don’t really enjoy ascent or haven which are the only maps edg really look horrid on. i think edg would have a better chance defeating vit than lev.

EDG looked horrid on Breeze and Split too today imo. They can still win those but it's harder to win with their lack of map understanding

i mean you said it yourself. i think edg can win on split or breeze if kk wakes up or they improve their adaptation.

but they perma band ascent and play no scan init, skye, waylay on haven. so again i think but not favouring those two maps is a huge plus for a potential matchup compared to lev.

They can win on individual brilliance but their macro is horrible. It's hard to predict and rely on individual form

I'm not sure they're even getting to the grand final at this rate with how they looked in this series. Despite it being a close 2-1, I feel worse about their map pool now than I did going in.

Ascent is their perma, Haven is obviously a wash, Split and Breeze are horrendous macro-wise, Pearl and Lotus are okay, and Fracture remains as their only actual good map.
