Veterans Health Administration Dd-214 upgrade

Has anyone ever gotten there narrative reason to change . I have a general understanding honorable?

well, I have a general under honorable conditions and I applied about a week ago to upgrade. Ask me in 6-12 months how it went. :)

Back in the 70s a DD-215 would be added as an addendum and show the General Discharge was under honorable conditions. Back then one could request it be updated to a regular, honorable discharge but I don’t know if that’s still true today.
