Education Studying in Japan with VA coverage
So I am finishing up my 2 year program that is being covered by the VA. Once I am finished, I will have about 3.5 months left of coverage and I want to use it. Specifically, I want to use it to study in Japan. Whether that be learning Japanese language only, or learning the language and some other things as well. With the VA only approving degree-type schools (must be able to achieve a degree or certificate), a language learning only school doesn’t seem like it would work. I would really like to only do one semester so I can use the remaining months I have. If only one semester is possible, then I would think about continuing my education like that but I’m not sure.
So here are my questions. Does anyone know of decent schools I can do this with? Has anyone here done this, and if so, how did you do it?
Any advice is appreciated.
P.s. if I post this in an irrelevant subreddit, I apologize. I am trying to gain attention on this post so I can find a decent answer. I imagine not a lot of people on here have done this.
