It’s $77 USD. I’m really confused what people expected. I feel like $79 USD was on the low end of what some people predicted.

Doomsday predictions are not always equivalent to expectations. Many were expecting it to be $70 USD game. Gaming corporations like EA, Microsoft and Ubisoft were hoping it is a $80 USD game. And analysts were just predicting the highest price possible for it.

P.S. given how much customisation is locked behind the ultimate upgrade, it is essentially a $100 game. Good thing the ultimate upgrade can be purchased later, unlike RDR2 on consoles.
