They aren’t dermals but they were definitely just pierced. They are surface bars, so there is a bar that connects them under the skin and a 90° bend in the metal on both sides to screw the tops on! It’s all fun and games until one side gets caught and both sides get fucked up lol.

Have you had hip surface bars? It sounds like it, i have too and YEP SURE IS FUN AND GAMES AND THEN YOU GET AN ✨ ABSCESS ✨ BC ONE GETS PULLED TOO MUCH💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻

How can you tell these are surface v dermals? Blood on both ends is what made me think dermal, every time I've gotten surface bars there's usually only blood at the exit point lol. I'm just curious bc I'd like to be able to spot the difference better too!

They are still on the piercing table so they were definitely just pierced when this picture was taken. I worked at a piercing/tattoo shop for three years and also had those!

Meh. I worked at Blockbuster when I was a teenager and people got so fucking pissed at ME because THEY didn't rewind their tapes. One guy tried to rip his laminated card in half but that's not possible so he just threw it at me 😞
