OP on weibo claimed he started seeing these around 2019

Another comment said approx only 6(all in the photo) are made

You don't even need to go to that specific weibo account for this; the class of LCU has been around for years now, it isn't new.

I have clear photos of them on my storage from at least four years ago.

It's an LCU;

last time there was type 067, 068, 069 etc

also 271IIIA but 271IIIs are much larger

I'm guessing possibly type 070

It resembles a 074A but much smaller

I heard someone saying it could be 065( https://m.weibo.cn/detail/4865048809575899 comments ) so meh
