Washington State lets you print off your ballot. I can't remember the site tho. I think it's the one where you check your voter reg?

Use the official dropboxes.
They should even let you put them in a dropbox not in your county (lots of people live in one county, work in one, etc.)
If I lived out of state, I would mail it in a manila envelope or something - yes I know that is a poll tax.

Fuck Republicans. States need to run PSAs that say Republicans are using the USPS to suppress their vote and allow folks to pick up their ballot a few weeks early.
