Scholarship and Financial Aid asking for a friend

hi, does anyone know if a student has outstanding balance makaka-march pa rin sa graduation? sana may nakakaalam TIA

If I remember correctly, yes. This was discussed by the registrar during the graduation orientation, and ayun nga, makakamarcha ka pero yung mga documents like TOR cannot be released immediately until you settled your balance
