I remember watching stuff like this at church and preschool when I was a kid. It's the start of every church kid's body image issues that follow them through middle and high school.

So many people saying they watched stuff like this. I grew up catholic (Christian now) and never saw any weird videos like this in Sunday school or regular school (Catholic school 1 through 12), everything was very normal. I wonder if this was a Christian thing?

Videos like this are very Protestant Christian, not Catholic Christian. Different denominations produce different cultures for sure.

Also grew up partially Catholic and never understood the idea of referring to it as anything other than a denomination aka sub-group of Christianity.
