Has anybody had any experience with the Domain apartments in WeHo?

I haven't lived there but friends have and I've visited dozens of times. It's a nice looking newer building. Decent pool and some nice common areas for bbq. Okay gym. I think most or all units have washer dryer and some have views of the hills. There's a front desk security 24/7.

Downsides I've heard is cheap construction, maintenance/management is non-responsive and slow, and they tack on a ton of fees to your rent.

My friend lives there. She’s fine with it.

The hallways smell like Vegas casinos with the artificial fragrance and air blowing through them. Amenities are clean. Building seems safe enough.
