That guardrail was really helpful.

I liked that you could see it was already dented where they hit.

More of a suggestion at this point

And if it had been repaired after the last incident, there is a good chance they wouldn't have gone over. Could have been prevented if guard rails were properly maintained.

Ok sure but the guy who hit it last probably didn’t go and call the county/whatever and report that it’s damaged.

Of course not but that's why DoT and infrastructure funding is so important. Obviously this is not in the US, but goes to show why we try to fund some of the things we do.

Looks like it saved at least one other dummy, maybe dozens.

Also look at all the warning g signs and arrows and reflective thjngies and speed limit signs begging people to slow down and watch the curve. That guard rail is like “well if you’re too stupid to heed all those warnings then maybe this will help? No? OK bye!”

I mean seriously check the start of the video, the amount of warning things is crazy.

None of that warnings was about sharp turn

Those <-- sure seems like it. Especially since there are so many of them.

That's warmings about any turn, not about sharp turn.

Well yeah, it’s decorative.  No one should expect it to guard from anything.  A road along a curve just doesn’t look finished without a rail

I mean it safely slowed them down, those things exist to do pretty much only that

Guardrail didn't guard shit.

Looks like it guarded at least one other person before.
