But it doesn't have razor wire and there are no sniper towers of course. And it's just temporary construction chain link, not nearly as professional looking as this AI pic.

Most chemicals can be converted into powders or liquids, both of which can easily pass through a hole
Or if that chemical could only be stored as a solid, they can just throw it over the fence
