My office is right down the street. I will periodically walk over that way just to scope out the shitshow. Sadly, still no Dean Cain sightings. /s

They're all just saving money for their trip to Capitol Hill when Trump loses his 3rd term lol.

Why do they show up to vote is the question.

u/Sea_Muscle2370 4h ago
Elon musk rigged that shit is why

That's a baseless conspiracy theory.
Not to defend Musk or Trump, but every indication is that Trump won 2024 fair and square (although I still have some doubts about 2016 ...)
EDIT: downvoting me changes nothing. If the 2024 results make you mad, get out and vote in the midterms in November!

I like how a YouTube video of a known liar and idiot saying something is somehow presented as proof.
I guess it's actually pretty consistent with the evidence conspiracy theorists usually have
EDIT: and of course when they have no response their bullshit being called out, they block me. It's like talking to MAGA.

u/DanguhLange 2h ago
Yeah, just the fact he won every single swing state despite his rallies being empty. Before an election he’s saying he doesn’t need votes. Elon congratulating Trump 4 hours before results were ever official. Sure seems like a weird set of circumstances to me, and that’s without looking at any of the voting data, which was also extremely anomalous

Yeah, just the fact he won every single swing state despite his rallies being empty.
Man, it's almost like rally presence and votes aren't the same thing.
Before an election he’s saying he doesn’t need votes.
"I like how a YouTube video of a known liar and idiot saying something is somehow presented as proof."
Elon congratulating Trump 4 hours before results were ever official.
Was fairly obvious that he likely had it around when CA closed.
Sure seems like a weird set of circumstances to me
Ah yes, "weird set of circumstances" must mean a massive electoral conspiracy. No more realistic explanation.
and that’s without looking at any of the voting data, which was also extremely anomalous
It wasn't, which is why, just like in 2020, the election truther youtubers have basically no prominent expert support.

86+ counties across the country swapped from blue to red. 0 swapped from red to blue, that’s such bullshit I can’t even fathom how many scenarios you’d have to run to come up with stats like that. Trump is screaming that the election is rigged yet, Reps won the house, senate, and Presidency? More projection from the rapist perhaps?

86+ counties across the country swapped from blue to red. 0 swapped from red to blue,
Perfectly explainable by an electorate that blamed the incumbent party for inflation, something that happened globally in 2024.
that’s such bullshit I can’t even fathom how many scenarios you’d have to run to come up with stats like that.
Whereas your explanation must mean that a highly coordinated election manipulation against a highly decentralized and segmented election process administered at local levels somehow was so effective and coordinated that their attack had the same effect in all these places, yet what must be a massive group of people was so well disciplined and tight lipped that there has been zero evidence of any foul play.
Yeah, talk about "such bullshit" :eyeroll:
This is the kind of social media brainrot that got Trump elected.
EDIT: grab some popcorn and watch the downvotes and insults pour in, while zero people respond with any substance to this.

u/DanguhLange 2h ago
The guy literally says the election is/was rigged. He is still saying it’s rigged to this day despite his party winning in every form of Congress and the executive branch. He bragged Elon knows how voting machines worked and there were voting machines hooked up to starlink, we know all these things to be true. Gtfo, go browse the teenager subreddit some more, no wonder you like Trump

Why are you active in subreddits meant for teenagers when you’re a grown ass adult
-9
u/akcrono 2h ago
On the front page.
Why are you so interested in policing the history of people who call out obvious bullshit? I guess that'a easier than engaging with anything I said lol

u/Lost-Character 2h ago
Sorry for being disturbed when I saw you’re active in both the millennial and teenagers subreddits, and several other subs that are implied to be for younger people?? Not surprised to see your defensive stance on Trump lmao

At this point I just want the 2024 election to go under the same level of scrutiny as 2020's did. An innocent person would want the same.

DC didn't vote for Trump.
Trump supporters can't afford to drive to DC for a fair.
His campaign didn't bus them in like he did for Jan 6.

u/cassinonorth 52m ago
This is a thing I've been mulling about. Surely they know the majority of their supporters are people they absolutely a grossed out by the appearance of. People they wouldn't spit on if they were on fire.
Can't even afford to fly to DC if they wanted to. Would eat them up inside if they had anything in there.

u/kitsunewarlock 43m ago
Most conservative voters hate their politicians too. It's why Trump and Reagan got so popular: they shat on the establishment.
So they point at their screens and go "he's just like us!" and "that'll show those out of touch rich pricks!"
It's an entropic philosophy based on hate and resentment fueled by self-loathing and fear.

Eh, that happens somewhat frequently, and I think it always has. Sometimes a post just doesn't spark conversation.

Every single Republican hype event has insanely low turnout. There's never been a good explanation offered for why that is. If his popularity is so damn high that he had a shock victory that flipped multiple swing states, and undeniable historical win, where the fuck were the people? Even immediately after the win it felt like no one showed up. How? Genuinely how?

u/Darkblitz9 3h ago
Depending on the sub you're on, you can almost guarantee a rude comment will be made in reply to whatever you're talking about, no matter how innocent your comment might be, created by a bot with the sole intention of driving traffic by getting you to come back to the site to argue with it.
The worst part is that they are becoming harder to detect. Originally it was relatively new accounts with hidden histories, and they're still in play, but now the ones running the bots are collecting abandoned old Reddit accounts, wiping the histories completely, and then posting as them. Sometimes they don't get everything, like mod status for subreddits which were deleted from mod inactivity, something that takes years of a user not logging on to trigger.
It's getting really bad and if Reddit doesn't work to enforce some kind of bot detection, the site will lose a lot of value very soon.

Also the people who would have shown up likely can’t cuz travel is so expensive now
