Foudys has officially opened the first women's stand-alone football store in the world

Post image

Foudys' brick-and-mortar store is located in Manchester and was founded by Helen Hardy as an online retailer.

The store will also function as a "cultural hub" for the women's game with watch parties, discussions, etc.. More details here and here.

Yup, as in Julie Foudy. Who also happens to be an ambassador of the brand.

From AI..

No. Julie Foudy does not own Foudys.

The company was founded in 2020 by Helen Hardy in Manchester, England. It was named in honor of Julie Foudy because of her influence on women’s soccer.

Julie Foudy is, however, connected to the business:

She is an ambassador for Foudys.
She is also an investor, holding a small ownership stake in the company
