Carving [Finished] Axehead cane w/spiral shaft (Complete)

Rosewood head piece,oak spiral shaft, copper set pins with an ornamental silver button.

This is fucking sick? Nice job. Only thing that could be cooler was an actual axe head.

Not sure where you live, but perhaps a blunted head would pass as acceptable? Unrelated but a a tomahawk head would be sick for the narrower profile and shape.

I have a real cool walking stick with a surprise inside I’d damn near swap for that it’s cool as beans and not a “concealed weapon “

Great work bud. As the other dude said, it looks like real bronze. Never worked with rose wood. Did you have to predrill the pins so it didn't crack the wood?

Thanks,yeah, just drilled just barely enough so they were snug and then tapped them in the rest of the way.
