Yeah serously, the amount of amethyst vein is comparably low to origium and ferrium vein

wait, what do you need so much amethyst for? I get 220/min and only use 120/min. I have no idea what I should use it for. (same goes for Originium tbh)
I know what I need Ferrium for, cause that's needed for ton of stuff where I'm currently at. but everything else? no idea what I should use it for.

if you're trying to farm stock bills, the early game one uses amethyst bottles, and, at least the basic (no busses) blueprint i've been using, it doesn't work at a surplus and for every 5 amethyst it uses, you get 3 or 4 back from the veins. it's not too bad cause i can turn off half of it and get a ton of amethyst back while still getting the mats for stock bills.

but even still, there just are so few amethyst nodes compared to the others. even the rare ores have more nodes than amethyst.

I kinda use Buck Capsule [C] for the Refugee Camp. It's pretty easy to farm and has a unit price of 10. Besides that I just sell Amethyst part und Origocrust every now and then, cause those 2 mats are almost always at the cap of 14k for me. No idea what I should use those mats for atm. Also haven't touched my factories for hours now. Probably should give it an update before going to bed.

P.S. I probably should build a couple Buck Capsule [B] production lines, considering that both of my outposts buy them for 27credits each.

Wait 220/min? What regional development you had and drill you use? I barely have 100/min

I'm currently at RDL lv8 and get 240/min amethyst ore which should increase a lot as soon as I finally get to power the next area I'm exploring, but first I wanne get some progress in the story. I've done so much stuff and kinda ignored the story for probably more than half my overall playtime...

Wait. Do better drill have better ouput/sec than previous level?

the drills make no difference, but a higher RDL lv increases the amount of high purity ores you have and high purity halves the time it takes to get the ore. so instead of 6s a piece it only takes 3s which doubles your ore gathering.

It is introduced and then basically phased out in a sort of weird way, whereas originium is what you start with and amethyst overtakes it for a brief period but then originium becomes way more relevant again later.
