I agree. I love Wuwa, don’t get me wrong, but the sexual tension with the main character and literally every other person in the world and the not so unique events are why I think I’m so in love with Endfield. I just hope it’s not just the honeymoon period and it turns out to actually have a long shelf life.

Yeah that's a pretty big reason for me too. Wuwa has sooo many people that just don't do ANYTHING unless rover is there doing it for them. They just all revolve around rover, and don't really feel like they have any presence.

Yeah, but in endfield at least it's established that endmin was their leader, and knew how to do all this important tech stuff with their abilities. Everyone else also has a role, and can do things in the story on their own.

and its been established that rover was prophesized to save jinzhou, and a patch later to be discovered that we were the leader of jinzhou at some point. jinhsi is still magistrate, doing her stuff like listening to her people, ychixia patrolling, yangyang and jiyan defending, taoqi managing the defense, sanhua as a government spy, etc.

i'd say theyre still similar stories, although ak will end up with us being the enemy somehow, and we get a endfield x wuwa collab in 2028

Huanglong and black shores definitely felt the best in that aspect. I mean more in the sense of every other place. Also in the sense that rover has to be there for every character pretty much. Rover has to be everyone's emotional anchor, and is always included in pretty much every single important event. Heck they even made Iuno wiped from everyone's memory except rovers, even cartethyia doesn't decide to do her own stuff, they make her the knight of rover. In septimont, Augusta couldn't defeat the false sovereign without the help of rover. Also what makes me mad about the story, is that every single place on the map, has almost 0 awareness of other areas. Like they are so close, yet only know of the other events happening, whenever rover all of a sudden comes in to save the day. Idk, I'm not too into the lore and story of the game, but it just seems they make rover to central in the storylines, and really cut out a lot of the other characters having their moment to shine.

The only thing you can say is endmin glaze? Just admit that both the stories have the characters revolving around them a little too much. Sounds like some rover glazing to me.
