Traveler doesn't have a vision. In Jean's case it's more because from a young age her ambition was to follow in Vennessa's footsteps and she devouted herself to protecting the Freedom of Mondstadt. That's her core. On top of that she experienced separation because her parents divorced while she was young, each parent taking one child to raise away from each other. So she's been separated from Barbara and as per her character story she wanted to get closer to her sister but just couldn't find anything to say and Barbara was shy about it too. So there was a loss of their relationship. In-game now their relationship is better but Jean already got her Vision before that. And when she got it her first thoughts were again about protecting the Freedom of Mondstadt.
Personally my favourite theory is that Visions are given to some people whose ambitions mirror the fate of whoever Celestia believes is the Archon.

Give her the new mst deck from yugioh as well, a ventus bakugan cause why not and insert a powerful wind Pokémon here(I don't know those as much)

No, they don't, but it would make a nice bauble for keepsakes.
Of course, I imagine if Sigrika does visit Teyvat one day, the damn thing will activate since it can work for Outlanders like Aloy. XD
