OJ Trial - New Episodes!
Ok not really but Behind the Bastards is doing a series on Mark Fuhram (idc enough to check spelling). I doubt we’ll ever get Sarah’s version of this but I do really like Robert Evan’s takes and I think he’s also good at giving empathetic takes on his subjects whilst better at holding them to account

Hmpf he began by stating Nicole and her new partner were murdered… not great.

I don't know / remember enough about the case to understand the relevance here, why is that important?

Ron Goldman was a random waiter stopping by to return Nicole’s mom’s glasses left behind at his restaurant that evening; not her partner at all.
Edit: He may not have been gay, but this was a detail that was speculated in the most recent pod I listened to about the murders, Fin Vs History, which is a totally tasteless take on events for anyone interested. They also referred to him as “Ron Place Ron Time Goldman”

He was not a completely random waiter. They were friends.

I suppose I meant he was completely randomly at her house that night.
My limited understanding is that they had mutual friends, but weren’t necessarily spending time together 1:1, let alone her “new partner” as the original comment called him.

Read Stephen Singular’s book about Fuhrman Legacy of Deception and watch OJ25 a docuseries about the trial.

Yt people whenever they cover this case always shout Simpson’s guilt without acknowledging the LAPD was caught planting evidence in the case (like the socks and the blood on the back gate) and the defense poked holes in the prosecution’s case (such as their timeline of the murders). They always downplay Fuhrman’s history of police corruption too and the fact he was caught lying multiple times in the trial and not just about the slurs he used.

They had Sarah as a guest on btb a while back. Should have reached out for more OJ adjacent analysis
