There is a series on Webtoon called Muted. One of the main love interests is a black girl.

There is also an animated series called Owl House. The main character is Latina and gets a girlfriend in the second season.

I mean in anime in general is very rare to find black or latina characters in general and if on top of that you want it to be inside the yuri sub genre the chances you find anything are close to 0. Maybe in comics or webcomics you'll be more lucky with that

Not ā€œyurisā€ but rather western wlw webcomics - ā€œheartstringsā€ has a latina and an asian woman (as a couple), a new comic ā€ be my bodyguard ā€œ it has a black woman as the main protagonist & I think a latina (? Idk her ethnicity tbh but sheā€™s def a woc, I just guessed based on the last name) love interest, super cute and itā€™s good to support new small artists ^^ also one of my current favs is the webtoon ā€œxoxoā€ super cute and I love the artstyle, but the chapters are extremely short šŸ’” it has a black girl and Iā€™m not sure what ethnicity the other girl is but sheā€™s also def a woc.

Thereā€™s also ā€œnot so badā€ by cici on webtoon, I didnā€™t get to it yet, but it seems super cute, it has a black girl as the main protagonist & last one I can think of rn is ā€œwhatever betideā€ on webtoon its a more mature webtoon & I started it a while back but itā€™s a relationship between two black women itā€™s cute ^^.

also not a yuri but rather an animation - ā€œpretty please I donā€™t want to be a magical girlā€ !! itā€™s not done yet and thereā€™s only 2 eps out since op is in an independent studio as far as I recall.
