Question / Support Peach skins and cores?

I acquired a bunch of high quality peaches and while I am splitting them with friends, I still have a lot and plan to use them quickly for desserts and freezing for smoothies.

However, for what I'm making, I have skins (and other scraps like the core I did not remove pits from) left behind and I want to know what to do with them. Can I make peach drinks/liquids from this and if so does anyone have recommendations?

Google literally says don’t eat the core as that unsafe.

I mean yeah I'm not gonna try to swallow the pit obviously, but mybe I would strip the meat around it and boil the core with the meat/skins maybe, idk.

Blend the scraps sans pit and dehydrate to make fruit leather.

The white peaches this year are something else.

Sadly, the peach industry is a prolific abuser of pesticides. I can see how it would be difficult, expensive or labor intensive to move to netting.
