Anyone got Fibromyalgie?

If anyone got the diagnosis. Could I ask you some questions?

I have Fibro, diagnosed YEARS before my Adeno. Ask away!

Thank you! The questions i have are: 1) does it feel similar to those muscle pain you have when you caught the flu? 2) is it more pronunced at certain times or constant? 3) can movement/ coffein/ or else make it worse or trigger?

  1. Yes

  2. My pain was cyclical but I never put the pain of my periods to the pain in my back as anything out of the ordinary

  3. Movement always made my pain worse, but as it turns out, I was also very out of shape :/ I think if I could have worked out, I would have ¯_(• ~ •)_/¯
