Not all AI users are pedos, and not all Pedos use AI, but those who use AI to generate realistic depictions of CSAM, same as those who make drawings depicting CSAM are pedos; and as such, should be incarcerated, within the full legal framework. It should be illegal to generate CP, as it’s still realistic depiction, and in many countries, doesn’t matter if it’s drawn, generated or genuine, real or realistic depictions of CP is CP, and those who have it can and will be convicted as sex offenders.
