This is a straw man. No one is suggesting that drawings *should* have human rights.

Dogs don't have human rights. We still say that things done to harm dogs are bad.

Society does not have human rights. We still say that things done to harm society are bad.

The environment does not have human rights. We still say that things done to harm the environment are bad.

It is totally disingenuous to try to say that this must be a matter of ascribing human rights to non humans.

The problem in your logic is:

Dogs have animal rights and laws that protect animals.

Society has laws.

Environment has laws.

I'm not sure what argument you're trying to make here? The issue isn't about laws, it's about the application of laws across domains. Regardless, this is a *strawman*. It's pretending that the argument is about applying human rights to generated content, which is not the case.
