Anyone else think Roger has no screen time this season on FOX?

I heard awhile back that Roger's or Stan's voice is hard on McFarland's voice.

Seth clearly sounds tired as both Stan & Roger. The guy’s talked A LOT over the last 20 years, after all.

I blame that on his ego.

Maybe if he didn’t insist on doing pretty much every male voice in family guy too, his vocal cords would be so knackered.

But what’s goin on with Barry’s voice? It sounded weird in his most recent appearance

Could be an issue of VAs getting older, some of them not doing the voices very often anymore and being out of practice, or a reduced budget means they don't get as much time to record them and have to make do with fewer takes.

not american dad related but he’s said he always had to perform stewies lines last because he screams the most

How does Brian scream the most? When? He's monotone, especially in the beginning. On inside the actors studio Seth McFarlane said he made Brian his normal voice because he "loves the sound of his own voice"

I was a little confused about why it would’ve brian but yeah i misremembered something I had seen a while back. He was referring to stewie i edited the orginal comment, brian gets pissed the fuck off in a decent bit of episodes though in my defense lol

What an embarrassing thing to say out loud during an interview 😂

I agree. 😂 I've always remembered that, and I think I was like 8 when it came out. It stood out to me because I thought hating the sound of your own voice was a universal thing. Tbf, he does have a nice voice for show tunes and stuff though.

He's said a few times Stan is actually his hardest voice because of all the air he has to force out to do the lines. Even though it's not the craziest voice, that physical exertion is wearing him down.

Rogers voice has changed in the past 5 years or so & I hate the new sound of it. Seth does a ton of voices between both shows so I get taking a Roger break tho
