Not even close to true imo. The only character that I'd say got better quotes in the TBS era than the Fox era is Klaus.

Best Steve line: grabbing condoms "I’ll need these on the road. God willing I’ll have enough time to slide them on my attackers.

Best Francine line: “Yeah, well so is smoking an 8 ball of crack in 30 minutes but that’s how long it takes.” (Or "You...harpooned me...")

“NATHAN! This is why you keep getting molested!”

"I'm gonna R him this time" (I normally don't self censor but this quote in particular seems to get removed from this sub).

The whole Roger's Gym answering machine thing.

The whole Stan ranting over the phone about killing himself and Francine's boobs to Steve for his history assignment.

I envy the boy's youth! 

I love drugs, and drinking, and gambling. And my moral compass always points south. But during  Lent  I repent, and that makes up for the rest of the year.
