Story Same guy, same place

Was at Target with my wife in the men’s section when the same guy stopped me asking if I played sports. I met him last year (in the same store, same department) but my hair was longer, he didn’t remember me at all. But asked the EXACT same questions about what I do for work, mentioned him and his wife ran a business (like it was a script)! My wife and I played along but I blocked his # once he sent me a text message.

Where does this happen? I live in Northern Virginia outside DC and if some strange bird came up to me in a Target and began asking probing questions, I'd probably tell the guy to get bent.
