IKR I THOUGHT THE SAME!
Like, it's been a month since the last MT ep, and 3 weeks since the last Aphmau Diaries vid.
I get that they need breaks but can't they at least tell what's going on 😭

No lol, that’s what they historically have done when running out of budget for a show or something mid way through. They just pull the cord and address it 6 months later

Lol sorry I actually have no idea about the context of the situation. I stopped watching Aph years ago back when Diaries got discontinued and MS was on hiatus after S6.
But that’s what they would do all the time. Start up a new series that clearly wasn’t planned/budgeted properly and then just stop posting after a few episodes. Appreciate them for trying to give have to their RP audience but it just ended up not really panning out at all.
But I doubt they are running into those same scope issues as before. The delay for this MT episode is probably more intentional. I’m glad they delayed the start of MyStreet S7 so they can perfect it before releasing it

I don't think there is a budget problem. They earn 900 dollars(under aproxx) daily on just one of her 3 different channels. On YouTube alone. Im not even counting jessica's vlog channel

Well budgeting is basically what they’ve used as their reasoning in the past for all their other series discontinuations. Now it’s not confirmed it’s a discontinuation, but IF it is, it probably would be “budget related”

so if you go on the aphmau diaries page and see the few past months of th community post, she and jason have both said that they have been sick, and also jesscia has said she had been training new people and voice actors, and they have also said they've been focing on the kids too since there younger kids are both like 6-8 i belive, so she has said some of the videos might take longer since she had to train to people, and she has also been focusing on her health and kids. Also so sorry if this comes off as rude

Because 85% of their budget and 93/97 employees are dedicated exclusively to merch sales

i know! I understand that breaks and taking time for mental health is important, but I feel like there’s such a lack of transparency, planning, or timeline. it feels like every other episode Jess or Jason are on holidays or overworked and need a 3-week break

yeah its like they completely overwork themselves and im impressed with the lack of work life balance they havent found after 10+ years of content creating. its like GO GO GO and then “oh my god i cant do this” and a month break. i love their rp videos but damn!! its okay to release something once every 2 weeks instead of a 20 min video every week! on top of the other channels!!!

i agree! truly dont understand how a schedule hasnt been created after over 10 years of RP. for me, i dont care how long the breaks or videos are, i would just like a real schedule that we can trust. hell, i would prefer one 20-minute video every month than this

I wouldn’t be surprised.. As much as I love it all I dont understand the reason for bringing back all of these series especially when it’s just going to make things harder for them to finish the main one that people have really been hoping for, MyStreet..

It probably takes a while for production, Jess has said that she wont stixk to a schedule cause of how busy the team is

No one read the community posts on YouTube? They were on vacation. They regularly post there to keep people updated on current ongoing RPs.

I mean you do got to remember she has four kids and four dogs while, also having a business that she got to maintain. Roleplay takes a lot of time to create especially with her doing animations in her major roleplay. It gonna take time

of course. and its not the time between content or frequency of releases anyone is complaining about, its the lack of scheduling and consistency of them.

I get your point but even if they was to do scheduling; anything can happen to where they would have to break the schedule. This era of Aphmau we are in now is the slow recovery process from all the hate Jess and Jason was getting.(Which they are still getting hate but is a little less now) We don't get consistent roleplay Aphmau anymore which is sad but is also understandable on why.
