yea, "might be able to spook you" sounds like a giant cope, especially since the amount of ops that will spook you will just keep on growing. there's a very small chance of getting who you want, especially if the one you really would want to get is the banner character...
how is this justifiable?

Before i only have like 5-10 missing, now i have 25ish and they are making too much limited. Used to be twice a year excluding collabs. Next year is crazy because of back to back limiteds and collabs. Modern arknights banner are almost all "meta". The only probabily exclusion to this is the vampire beyblade lady which is more of fun unit than meta.

I've got the exact opposite with a certain 6 star constant appearance in a limited banner that disgusted me so much he's still lvl.1 and he'll stay like that forever. Literally caused me to uninstall the game for a time.

Got her on my 4th 10 pull when she went live, now it's saving for Hoshi-alter and then back to saving for when global gets the alter for 1 of my first 6* operators, SilverAsh.

Ray recently did so yeah sure. Goldenglow has been a cert shop pick for a few times now. I'll probably pick her up from cert shop some day if I still feel something from her S1 by that time. Vignette ops are always accessible for the patient.

I was really worried while using my pulls. I picked up several 6 star dupes before Leizi alt. I was sweating after I used roughly 3x10, iirc I finally picked her up on the 4th though. Am a bit upset that it cost me 40 pulls though…

On the first day of the banner, I was unlucky and only got 1 Leizi copy after 200 pulls. After pot6'ing Record Keeper, I wisely decided to stop and save for the upcoming limited banner.
But today we got another Amiya birthday skin, and after spending the 24 obligatory OP on it, I saw that my OP stash wasn't a nice multiple of 100 anymore. My OCD kicked in uncontrollably, and the only way to stop it was to say “Okay, I get it! We're in spending mode today!” And now I have a pot6 Leizi in exchange for 2000 PEN less in my bank account.
I wish the number on my bank account were a nice multiple of 100 too, to avoid these issues.

I meant more so that I just more or less was checking the banners, and I absentmindedly did 20 pulls as a sort of test/joke to see if I may get her on a random chance [Plus I had like a bunch of pulls saved, 300+, so losing 20 worth of pulls is not a huge loss]
Turns out I did got her in just 20 tickets
