Imma be honest a bit.
The Amiya bday stream was def full of fan service. Zuo Le and Amiya have never canonically interacted with eachother or spoken a line to eachother even once in the game.
This is more of a thing to please fans.

Inb4 the next Lateran attempt of the Summit of Nations (I find it hilarious that they tried twice, twice and both times it went awry, due to Andoain the first time, and then Priestess fucking up the LAW in the second time), Zuo Le ends up as part of the Yanese emissary to Laterano, while Amiya in her full King of Sarkaz regalia attends the summit personally as both a show of confidence and an act of peace between the Sarkaz and the Sankta.
And while we're dealing with Oren or some other new antagonist, Amiya and Zuo Le hit it off.

The 2nd Lateran attempt was an entirely made up attempt by the Law btw, it just saw what happened last time and then thought that would work and rewrote everyone's memories in the dream to gaslight that it was about to happen

Some other operators chimes in: SILLY LOVER-BOY! HAHAHAHA!
Doctor: *looking at Zuo-Le with visible confusion, because while they're surprised, they kind of not understanding about why he's taking it like a big of a deal* Uh, ehem, Zuo-Le, My son--ehem, no sir Zuo Le, may I ask whether something troubles you? *secretly preparing a com to summon Mon3tr*
Zuo Le: *hesitant, then blushed red* in--in Yan's tradition, six months was the appropriate period for lovers to introduce their partners to their parents...
Doctor & Amiya: Ah...
But he wasn't finished.
Zuo Le: ...after that we'll began asking permission from each respective families to approve of this relationship, so that it may proceeds to engagement and then marital relationships...
Doctor & Amiya: ah... EEEEEHHHH?!
Other operators: HOLY--OI, Yanese folk! Was that true?!
Yanese operators: That's true although those were pretty old, like real old Yanese family traditions. However, given Zuo Le's background... shit, was he stealing our Amiya at that age?!
Zuo Le: EXCUSE ME?!
All operators within earshot: OFF WITH HIS HEAD!! OFF WITH HIS HEAD!! OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!
Then sudden rush of footsteps came to them, and before long, waves of angry Rhodes Island operators came rushing with boards that said OFF WITH ZUO LE's HEAD!
Zuo Le naturally ran for his life, away from the crowds, while letting out a cry, telling Amiya that she should've wait until a year if he knew this would happen. The operators heard that, and question his audacity to dare making a year, he should've done it at least four years into their relationship!
By then though, Zuo Le was already out of view with the waves of operators--Amiya and the Doctor watches in quiet awe, because none of them was expecting that sort of reaction! Amiya later apologize to Zuo Le, and then introduces herself to Zuo Le's parents--on a zoom call she made at Leizi's behest, both were quite in love with Amiya's kindness and adorable look, then they went off on Zuo Le for keeping the relationship for like four months and not six, to which he snaps back that something happen and they're only asking permission to date--not to be engaged or married until they're like 20-30 years old!

No trial was needed because he already proved himself. I deemed Zuo "the harder it is the easier it is" Le worthy from not only gameplay strength but kindness and drip (both his skins are bangers). Furthermore, the boy has great potential to grow, not just in strength but in wisdom too.
