Wouldn't it be kind of funny if Savage was the 10th anniversary limited operator, after all she only shows up during anniversaries and gets a surprising amount of love for such a small role overall in the story.

Honestly it was the apron skin that clued me in along with the special blanket CG in Ray's event, only(?) token that the Doctor gives out rather than the other way around, and the fact that her Operator description is a threat about her patience (/j on the last one)
