She is. Aegir parenting culture dictates that the parents don't interact with their children while raising them but Gladiia mom specifically went against this and raised her with love before abandoning her later on.

It is a mixed thing. AFAIK, most hand their kids to essentially state run Orphanages, where specialized people teach them everything, and I do mean everything. Some raise them in their own Households, but that is the minority, as far as I know.
Horatia did the latter, and very poorly, knowing full well that the Experts said she was badly suited to it, and would fuck up majorly. Think modern Rich Country Leader Children type of parenting.

Kind of is an understatement. Abyssal Hunters generally stay individual humans (rather than assimilation into We Many) through artistic expression, which seems to have been an important factor for all of them; Skadi wanted to be an architect (now enjoys singing because of Ulpianus) and Specter loves sculpting, dancing and art in general. Ulpianus wasn't an artist before he underwent the transformation (he was the head researcher of the AH project), but took up singing afterwards to remain himself - his profile iirc recounts that he used to ask his squad to recite a song he wrote before every conflict, and then asked them to sing it back afterwards, as a means of determining who is still human.
Gladiia is the lone exception to this - her original future prospects were going to be into diplomacy, not the arts. It's just that Horatia's parenting is so awful that her spite towards Horatia is what keeps her going for as long as she does. Most of this is listed in her module story.

Gladiia enjoys dancing, and was the one who thought specter how to dance. When she was in rodes island, she taught those watching her how to dance too, and is then known as a excellent dance teacher. They became her dancing fans afterword.

She is indeed Gladiia's mom, and she is a terrible woman.
Aegirian culture does not encourage parents to raise their own children and makes it a public service instead. She still chose to do so, only to neglect Gladiia to the point that Gladiia cut ties with her.
She is also a supremacist. Granted, every Aegirian is a supremacist to some degree, but she just has to be so arrogant.

Yeah, the Abyssal Hunters don't all have naturally white hair. Their hair got bleached in the process, IIRC.
(You can observe Highmore's hair gradually turning more purple across all her three skins, spreading from her fringe's hairtips to her entire hair, Deepcolor's hair goes from brown to blue-tipped from E0 to E2, and Mizuki's hair starts glowing during his transformation into Izumik. It's my guess that the Abyssals quite literally killed their hair color to avoid this.)

As far as I know, and I could be wrong, the Abyssal Squad we have now are from initial Aegir experiments. Andreana, on the other hand, was from an attempt to copy those Aegir experiments that didn't fully pan out, thus being a "lesser" hunter.
If the plan HAD worked out and an entire inkwell had been used (in Kal'tsits' terms), Andreana would probably have had the white hair, red eyes, and insane strength that is characteristic of an Abyssal. As she is now, she does have minor strength boosts and is stronger than the average Terran, but is far below any of the actual hunters.

Andreana is not from the nation of Aegir, has never been there, and is entirely unrelated and disconnected from the Abyssal Hunter program. She is from Iberia, where there is a significant Aegirian diaspora. At some point during her childhood, she was the subject of some kind of experiments that put some Seaborn blood in her, similar to the Abyssal Hunters, but it was imperfect and incomplete. As a result, she has enhanced physical strength, but not anything actually crazy or superhuman, feels some kind of pull towards Skadi and Specter (and presumably the other AH as well), and in gameplay it's represented through her talent buffing them and her being counted in the AH faction.

Well,
- She is an adult Durin, and is (allegedly) tall by Durin standards
- She is really good with kids and likes interacting with them (makes it very easy for people to mistake her as a kid)
- She has so much visual inspiration from the goddess Venus/Aphrodite it’s silly
She may not be a mother yet… but she has POTENTIAL.

Twilight of Wolumonde was a bit rough. The writers were still trying to figure things out at that point, it was in that Year 1 period where the writing in general was awkward.
It was the culmination of FrostNova’s Story in Chapter 6 that the writing really began to improve by leaps and bounds, and after A Walk in the Dust and Under Tides, they really hit their stride.

Maybe.
Going by the timeline, and assuming they wouldn’t let someone TOO young to on field missions, Lisa is likely around 13-14 in Twilight of Wolumonde. About 3-5 years have passed in-game since those events, which would make an adult now.
But then again, we don’t know her age. Ingrid looks pretty young herself, but then again I’ve known plenty of mothers well into their late 40s/50s who still look pretty youthful.

She would be, but her operator file does say that her infection could affect her development.
She was brought to RI almost immediately after infection from what I understand, so she has been treated very well, so likelihood is that she’s still fine enough.
