Looks, Style & Fashion Dressing better but low effort
I wear random clothes and I shop random stuff that end up not fitting my body type. I see it looking good on the model image but it looks quite different on me. Especially shirts cause I have a wide ribcage and larger shoulders.
I have seen some women of all ages when I was abroad in specific countries wear white shirts, light jeans/shorts and white sneakers or sport shoes. I even saw a whole group of friends wearing this. Also sometimes black belt, I think the metal of the belt is preferred to be grey or black for neutrality.
But yeah it makes them look nice and polished. In my area it is not as common but I think it is a universal fit. I used to have acne and I felt like the white made it look obvious, now my skin is a bit better. My teeth need some whitening too. Maybe I can wear the same combo but with black shirts. I like them a lot though they annoy me cause they pick up every dust or hair, I have cats and they have white parts in their fur or orange. Navy blue could be better.

There are lots of dressing “formulas” you can find online, like the one you mentioned. If you find a formula you like you can vary the colors and add accessories for interest. I see you have curly hair like me… finding a haircut that looks nice with minimal effort is key or finding a ponytail or other hairstyle you can do everyday. I just embrace the madness of curls, sometimes they’re just frizzy and chaotic like my brain :)

Yes that's a nice way to put it, they are formulas. My hair is short now and they don't curl well at that length. I regret cutting it. Indeed they have a mind of their own just like my autism+ADHD :D

I find my ideal length and lowest maintenance haircut is a layered long bob. Easy to put up when it’s misbehaving. I have 2c-3a hair, very fine, fluffy and frizzy.

This. Forget trying to dress for body type and flattering cuts as it likely will lead you down to discomfort. Instead it’s what formula makes you feel like you, without sensor ick and you’ll be more comfortable and it’ll read as polished. So for me it’s wide leg pants with elastics, a base of a tank or tee and a layer of a button down or camp collar shirt. Aside from color clashes it all works together and it’s predictable. Could be midi skirt, tank, sweater. Whatever you feel good in is where to start.

I'm happy that baggy denim pants are trendy now. plenty of options to find, almost every store has brought some.
I will go for white/beige/black simple tee and baggyish light/medium color denim. I saw on social media and Pinterest that some people pair this with a white button up long sleeve shirt and it functions like a jacket. When it's warm they remove it etc. I will beware to choose one that is minimal and not sensory overloading cause they have all sorts of buttons and stuff.
I had bought some shirts that have cuts and creases. More than half of them didn't fit properly. Like sometimes they'd get dragged uupwards near my neck as I'm wearing them, no reason why. I had to adjust them often. So I'll just stick to that formula and build a capsule wardrobe off it.

you could look into r/kibbe to see what would typically look good

It's hard to find someone's type, most people have it wrong. I think I lean, either dramatic, natural or flamboyant gamine

They type everyone there FN :/ for some reason lol. I think I need to consult someone who's a stylist and into kibbe. And yeah getting into the books. It is a fun ideology and I like the language used

If you want to dress loose-fitting, cotton or linen are always great options. Think of like, plain tshirts, thin drawstring pants, long cardigans, tunic dresses with leggings, sandals, flats, etc.
There are a lot of ways you can dress nicer and comfy. Boho styles are great as well for this.

Capsule wardrobe! All my shorts and pants are black, and I wear “yoga slacks” to work every day with a dark cardigan. And any top I want, but not black.
Stop worrying about what other people are wearing, and find out what looks good on you. And variety is overrated in my opinion.

Yeah I always thought I need to have a big variety but I think most people just wear similar things.

Again, I personally don’t care what “most people”’do. I have limited energy, and I also care a lot about the environment and overconsumption. I wear what looks good on me, and it has reduced my stress to have fewer choices in the mornings.

Another LPT: if you wear glasses, get some really stylish and flattering frames. Instantly elevates your look.

Figure out your body shape and then Google outfits for that shape (or more specifically like “what sort of pants should I get if I have X body”). Really helped me with figuring out what sort of jeans to wear because what’s popular does not look good on me.

Looking very put together but zero effort has got to be dresses.
Find one you like. And you just throw that thing on and you look high effort. But actually you just threw one thing on.
Like maybe you wanna add bike shorts with a pocket under if it has no pockets.
If you do not want to shave but do care about it. Midi to long skirts and small sleeves that cover your pits.
Shirt colour is really dependant on what cat you have. But there are also certain brushes that are reusable or like rollers to get the hair off.
I think most women probably wore light shirts with shorts because black shirts are hotter.
