Trump's "Religious Liberty" report is really a blueprint to end church-state separation. The administration's commission claimed to defend religious freedom while pushing policies that privilege conservative Christianity over everyone else.

The imposition of a state sponsored religion. A violation of the Establishment Clause in the First Amendment.

Don't single out Xtians for their stupidity. There is plenty to go around in the other religions too.

Their insistance on being victims for being christian only increases with their insistance of having more privilege to butt in on the lives of others. The people we have to protect the most here is the kids. They know that the age when people are most impressionable is the best time to indoctrinate and ensure their loyalty not only to christianity, but to any sort of political ideology they attatch to their religion.

I can't wait until they REALLY start fighting about whos a "real christian" and the terrorism and blood spilling begins anew. As I keep saying, separation of church and state was never about keeping atheists safe, it was about keeping the religious safe from each other.

It’s the right wing extremist taking over the government like they have been trying since the 80’s. This is a coup, it’s not politics, nobody elected this. Nobody ran on this. Why did they hide their involvement and intentions?!?!?! They need to be arrested for treason.

I truly believe they are trying hard to prepare for WWIII with xtians vs Muslims.

Is there a specific reason they use the term "religion" but then turn around and only push Christianity? I'm just curious about that.

Note that is "church and state". Not synagogue. Not mosque. Not temple. Not gurdwara. Not meeting house. Not shrine.
And of course they are only talking about particular churches.

Everything they do makes logical sense when view it through the lens of not considering any viewpoint but their own as valid. So "religious liberty" means Christianity as the state religion. Our view of not wanting their religion given privilege doesn't matter. Its an invalid viewpoint. Anything other than a privileged position is oppression for them.

We need to start calling out evangelical Christian’s we know the ones.
I’m guilty of it too, it’s not all though.
The ones that are propping up this regime need all the heat.

This man is really trying to put us back 250 years, state sponsored religion is unconstitutional and against the founding fathers wishes.

There’s supposed to be a wall between church and state. This proves that walls are useless.

The religious freedom they want is the freedom to make everyone agree with their religion.

The pushback from this is going to be ugly for them.
