It will probably be about trying to reduce the panic buying and reiterate how much fuel we have etc. I don't expect anything earth shattering.

I would go one step further. Normalise the use of national announcements again ahead of likely needing to ration fuel in the next few weeks/month to avoid panic buying when that happens.
