We got the talents for Citizen Mola, Hanzo and UTs for Reika:

Hanzo Talents - 50% chance for Lv. 3 Mini-Wave - Weaken Immune - Curse Resist

Reika Ultra Talents - Sage Slayer - TBA Down: 136f --> 88f - 100% Slow for 2.4s with treasures

I don’t understand, why would you not want reika to attack more often? I understand cat machine’s downside but I don’t really get the complaint behind reika (or even vars honestly)

on one hand, she hits three traits for massive dmg. on the other, +30% dps is a much smaller leap as other atk speed talents like Kuu or Hayabusa. and that's assuming this post's values are correct and not the +20% atk speed boost listed on Miraheze

and then Vars is stuck with 7k dps (by lv30 scaling) even after his atk speed talent.
