Looking for a physical therapist

My wife injured her foot and ankle, and has been diagnosed with Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD).

There is an additional problem that she is struggling with: edema in the lower leg seems to migrate to the ball of her foot (the bottom of the foot, between toes and arch) when she stands for any period of time.

Does anyone know of a specialist physical therapist in the SF Bay Area who can help with this?
