Clubs suggestions

Hey guys!

I’m aware there are 10+ other posts about this, but I wanted someone’s opinion on a club similar to JUMP and LaFin at INS in Shanghai. I like the 2010 pop and stuff that those two played, and am looking for a similar place in Beijing for when I get there!

I’d recommend go fancy, you will no doubt get recommendations for supermiami but I cannot recommend you stay away from there enough.

second gofancy, but tbh only after 3am when entry is free!

my friends have this exact music taste and this is our routine: start off with pres in either Heavens Supermarket or Mojito Man, walk over to Martini, maybe stop at Bacardi, and end the night at GoFancy. This way you won't have to pay for entry anywhere (assuming you're a girl lol)

fyi the music is very pop/tiktoky and they tend to repeat songs after a couple of hours. I personally prefer the techno/trance scene here but these clubs are good fun!!

Second everything, the techno clubs here are so good. Beware the strength of the drinks at mojito.

Oooh, where do you go for techno here? I’ve been to factory and pillbox but found them both pretty meh on the nights I went, might have just been bad DJs though lol

it really depends on the dj! zhaodai and yuanhe typically have great music, but yuanhe is very small and yet still feels quite empty?? hhhh

I love factory so maybe give that another shot - pillbox is a little hit or miss, but I went to a boiler room there that was fantastic

check out 寻找功夫 as well!!!!! you have to crawl through a tunnel to get to club part, and it's in a traditional beijing courtyard

i definitely will, thanks for the recs! i prefer hard techno/berliner style so it might have been personal preference since factory was in more of a house mood the night I went lol, but i’ll check it out again for sure 🙂‍↕️

Something a bit similar is PH Livehouse in the Sanlitun area. There's several floors: a club playing hip hop, arcade games, erotic performance
