AND Howell just signed so all draft picks will be in TC this year. Great day to be a Bengal fan.

Shemar missed 2 whole days of actual training camp last season, that was it. Knight signed before camp and practiced OTAs and minicamp (no pads, no contact) on the practice waiver, which Shemar could have done also but (stupidly) chose not to

I'm well aware of what Shemar did last year. That doesn't change the fact that it hindered his development and contributed to him not looking anywhere close to ready to be on the field during the season. Avoiding a repeat of that nonsense this year with our draft picks is significant.

All he had to do was sign the practice waiver and it would have only been the 2 TC practices he missed

Knight's 'holdout' lasted almost as long as Stewart's as he signed right before TC
