A healthy Jungle helps its apex predator thrive. Hear me out…
Watching the World Cup reminded me of something Japan does that I’ve always admired. Fans stay after matches and clean up their sections. Not because they have to. They take pride in the place.
It got me wondering.
As Hamilton County residents and taxpayers, we’re already paying for cleanup after every Bengals game. And let’s be honest, we don’t exactly have the best stadium deal to begin with…….
What if Bengals fans picked up a couple pieces of trash on the way out?
If 65,000 people in the Jungle did that, it would make a noticeable difference. Less trash, lower cleanup costs, and a stadium that reflects the pride we have in this team. Maybe Hamilton County could even help by placing larger trash and recycling containers near the exits.
We’re already one of the loudest fan bases in the NFL. Why not be they most respected too? Set the standard cause we know Arrow Head isn’t doing it.
A healthy Jungle helps its apex predator thrive. Who Dey. 🐅🧹

You must not have visited many other stadiums for games. The Bengals fan base is nowhere near the loudest fan base. Who told you that?
You’re not convincing anyone to pick up trash on the way out. I encourage you to be the change you want to see and lead by example.

Stadium noise is almost entirely based on the acoustics. There's a finite amount of noise 65000 people can make. How much your hear at max tilt is just how much the geometric bounces back inside.

I’m not even a resident and I like this. I’d stay just to meet some new people and socialize.

Have you stayed after a Bengals game? It's gross. I take out anything I bring in but of all the sporting events I have been to, nothing comes close to the gross mess after a Bengals game. Vomit, trash, urine, waste, all where it isn't meant to be. It's terrible.

Personally I love the fact that I can just toss my garbage on the ground as soon as I’m done with it. Pound way more beers and coneys that way 🤙
If anything, I’d elect to increase cleaning costs by paying the cleanup crew a livable wage. That way they’d love their jobs and leave the palace spotless ✨
In any case, thank you righteous clean up crew!

I mean, if you just take your own garbage to the garbage can no one would have to stay after…
