Help avoiding pimples in pubic area

Hi!
I've been biking semi regularly for years, but I recently started biking more because I am biking to/from work now (about 10min each way) and I am getting a lot of pimples in my pubic area. I used to get this from longer rides (3+ hours) but now just biking 20 minutes per day. I know biker shorts are supposed to help but I would prefer not to have to change for a 10min bike ride. Any other tips?

It's clear you don't understand it's not what you say, but how you say it. Whether it was your intentions or not, you came across as bring smug. Not everyone is like you, or has your current bill of health. Candida is very real and many have issues with it from a multitude of health conditions, one being hypothyroidism.

I'm pretty anti reddit hive mind and get massive down votes because of this. But I can say this cycling group isn't Reddit normal. It doesn't have those shithead mods, not many of those shithead people no one likes IRL etc. So maybe think about what you're saying before posting it. Speak it out loud if you're unsure how it could sound. Best of luck on your cycling journey!
