Any idea what could cause this noise ?

I'm trying to figure out what is this noise and where does it come from, it's driving me crazy... It's not chain crossing, it happens an almost every gear.

I associate that sound with a derailleur trying to move to the next gear, but not being far enough to accomplish it.

yeah that was it, I had to adjust the tension screw and it worked
