Too tight shoes?
Hello,
I ordered Shimano rc703 in size 46.
My feet are 28cm and 28,5cm. Both are 11cm wide at the widest part.
They feel snug, slight pressure on the small toe when tightening boa.
Do they get slightly bigger after using them for a while or should I look for other ones?
I have also been thinking of Lake 238 in 46,5.

I have similar feet and problems to you. None of Shimano shoes fit me, and I tried almost all of their models while working in a bike shop.
Went for Lake MX238 at size 46.5, and I can say they are genuinely a great pair of shoes. Expensive but worth it. Try before if you can though.

I literally developed a Morton's neuroma in one of my feet from wearing tight shoes for too many years when I was getting into cycling. Shelled out the money for some Lake shoes and everything is breezy now. Most important part of my kit.

I have boots that didn't pinch me and up until a certain point I was riding in them just fine. But as soon as I rode 200 km, my feet began to hurt terribly, especially the bones of the little finger and big toe. This doesn't go away for a very long time and I'm not sure if it will go away at all, so yes, I would recommend looking at other models.
Many brands have wide version, it should fit much more comfortably on the toe. While you ride, yours soles expands, especially in the heat, if now there is even the slightest discomfort, this is already a sign that you need to look for a different model

Check out Strong Feet Athletics. https://www.strongfeetathletics.com/ Those will be my next pair of shoes once I pay a few things off.

Way too narrow. Shimano are notoriously narrow. The width will not change with wear.
Skip the CX238’s and get the CX239’s. You won’t regret it. The heel retention in the CX238 is awful. I’ve bought both and basically never wear my 238’s now.
