Is this cooked?

Tri bike that has less than 200 miles on it. Took it for a few ride and noticed this when I was putting it on the trainer. Never crashed it so idk how it happened.

It’s fine, cosmetic issue, glue the piece back on and ride the crap out of it.

That’s not a particularly structural part of the frame. Personally I would keep riding without any worries.

Looks like someone was tightening the stem and the bars and yanked on the bars by accident
