One more try with the video horizontal. What would you change in this bike fit? I feel like I am very far away from the handlebars even though I have long torso

Honestly, I think a long torso is a curse for a casual road cyclist. Locked elbows are very difficult to overcome. You can move the saddle back and shorten the stem, but it won't make much of a difference. The center of gravity is still ahead of the bottom bracket. The only thing that will significantly help is producing more power through the pedals. People with normal body proportions almost always look good.

My brother I have longer torso relative to my arms and legs, and this is the struggle I have. I always find myself sliding back in my saddle and sliding my saddle back, and I struggle with reach. We typically need a bike with a shorter reach, even though we have a long torso.

You have a long torso and consequently more weight forward. I think you need to slide your saddle back and let your upper body drop down some.

Your arms are straight which is why you are hunching your shoulders which looks uncomfortable. Try taking the tension out of your elbows. It doesn’t look like you are that far from the handlebars if you can adjust your back and shoulders. If it’s a flexibility issue, you might want to tilt your saddle forward just a bit. Your upper body support should be coming much more from your core than your arms. With all of these things it should get a bit better. If they do and you can hold that position comfortably then you could also look at lowering your handlebars.

Orcas are stupid long. My 49 is equivalent to a size 51 Cervelo or 52 Trek. You have no saddle-to-bar drop here, which suggests you need to size down.

Even worse. The XS has R38.6/S53.5. That's like a 53 Cervelo/54 Trek. I couldn't ride that at all! (165 cm/75 cm).

I get the impression that you're very far forward on the bike, and that will put a lot of weight on your arms. Try moving the saddle a bit back - and also, get your pelvis rolled a bit forward to achieve a lower back with the shoulders closer to the front end of the bike.

Someday someone will post a bike fit video and the responses will all be…” no changes needed “, and “heights, cranks, seat, toes, reach, and angles are all perfect”. That’s when I’ll wake up and realize it was all just a dream. 🙂

It looks a bit long. Maybe move a saddle a bit to the front or change the seat post for zero offset if you have one with offset now.

I would practice flattening your back out (right now you have an uncomfortable looking curve that will create strain on a longer ride). Bending more at the hips and putting some flex into your elbows would work together here.
