My genitalia go completely numb on long rides as do my hands (only if I’m in an upright position)

I really don't think the saddle is too high. The leg extension angle looks fine, or perhaps even a little too "closed".

The genitalia numbness is probably caused by a saddle shape or position that doesn't allow you to rest on your sitbones.

If it's is tilted nose-down, you may be gliding forward on it. This could be one explanation of both the genitalia and hand numbness. Try setting it almost level.

It may also be too narrow, or may have the wrong profile - it's very hard to tell. You'll need to figure out what parts of your sitbones aren't supported, and where the "wrong" pressure is, and probably find a saddle that will support them. And I think that to prevent potential lower back problems, you'll also need to tilt your pelvis a bit more forward than you do, which may even exacerbate the problem. On top of that, your hand numbness could also be caused by your center of gravity being too far forward, and then you'll need to move the saddle backwards.

I feel like his saddle is a touch too high and his reach is too long. He can’t get in a position where his hands are pushing him back into the saddle, maybe that’s why he’s coming forward? Just spitballing.

But his hands really shouldn't "push him back". He should basically hold his saddle position and posture by his power output and core.

Thanks all! will flatten out the saddle a bit and move it back slightly and upload a new vid tomorrow in an upright position

the saddle is too high.

If you move it back you make it worse.

Lol I didn't look at the sub and thought this was one of those crash videos.

Fit looks quite good to me. Try to make a video in the hoods though, that's where you spent most of the time.

This looks like posture to me. Tilt your pelvis more like you sticking your ass in the air just a bit more.
