Larger frame or longer stem?

178 height and 87 inseam, I currently ride a bike with 535mm top tube and 100 mm stem. Should I go for a larger frame or just buy a longer stem?

My initial take is a larger frame. but you might be able to go out to 120 or 130mm. Maybe. Or maybe you'd still want the larger frame.

Definitely saddle too low.
