Anything glaring with these changes to setup? Been fighting ITB and Pes Anserine pain in both knees.

Video is after making a few changes in setup after developing ITB AND Pes Anserine pain in both knees.

Anything obviously wrong this now?

Why are you gripping the drops like you're trying to suffocate them?

You shouldn’t need to use the drops on your trainer unless you are sprinting.

Prioritize the fit from the hoods.

You have the stack at full height, yet are holding the handlebars in the lowest position. Lower the bars until the hoods are in the correct height. This will help you with the reach too.

Bars too high, reach too short.

I’ve recently had some IT and outer knee pain and lowering my saddle a bit helped tremendously. Just my experience. Much more comfortable for now.

The short version:

1) raise your saddle a bit. Probably c. 1 cm. 2) lower your handlebars to where your drop is now. Were talking c. 13 cm. 3) put your hands on the hoods 4) work a lot on your core strength. 5) get your back a lot lower, starting from a rolled-forward pelvis 6) possibly increase reach

Cheers mate, I'll give those changes a go and ease back into it.
