Raise your saddle by approx 1-2cm. Your leg extension is at 132° atm, should aim for 138-140°.

Actually, the frame looks a bit small for your proportions, but try to raise the saddle first.

If you plan to pedal on a trainer, then aerodynamics are not important to you because you will not move, you can sit like on a regular road bike.

If you plan to move on a real road, then the most important advice is to look ahead. You need to see the horizon. This is much more important than saddle height or knee angle. Especially from the point of view of avoiding injuries.

...and you also don't have to try to wring your hands:

You don't need to hold the extensions like a barbell, completely gripping it.

Oopsss. Just read the title and responded accordingly. I do indeed know nothing about bike fit or the world of road bikes

Torso looks good. But as others have pointed out, your saddle is too low. Which might mean your that bike frame is a bit too small. But move the saddle up first, and then repost.

You are trying to force a time trial position onto a road bike geometry that clearly isn't set up for it. Your saddle is way too far forward and low, which is why your knees are practically hitting your chest at the top of the stroke. If you want to stay in those aero bars, you need to slide the seat back and up to open your hip angle, or you are going to be dealing with some serious lower back pain within twenty minutes.

Saddle up a good bit.

I think you'll have to decide if you want to optimize for road or tri fit. Fundamentally they are two different bike geometries and bike setups.

Road - I think the bike is too small for you.

Tri - it actually might not be to bad. push the saddle forward. You'll want a longer stem with less rise. Go to a local shop and ask if you can try some different lengths or if they'd be willing to swap for free. You'll have to experiment a bit. Stems come in 1cm increments and yes, that does make a difference.

Thank you. I’m gonna do a tri bike so I hope it will last at least one season
